At Elax Furniture, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Non-returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Process for Returns

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
3. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

For defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.
